- Full refund is offered, provided the request for refund and return of the item/s is made via email at email@example.com, within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the items/s and the item/s are delivered to LabelCentric in Mumbai within in a maximum period of 7 days.
- If no request for refund and return is received within the aforesaid period of 3 days or the item/s are not delivered to LabelCentric in Mumbai within the aforesaid period of 7 days, then in that event LabelCentric shall neither be liable to accept the item/s nor refund any amount to you whatsoever, irrespective of the reason for return including any claims against the authenticity of the item/s.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, including all the original packaging and enclosed materials including the invoice, authenticity card and dust bag.
- Please take care of packing/protecting the items you are returning. We accept no responsibility for items which are lost, delayed or damaged in transit, so we therefore recommend that you package the items carefully and take adequate transit insurance cover for the same.
- The security tag attached to your items must be intact to receive a full refund. If you attempt to remove the security tag or the original tags on the items, a return will not be accepted.
- Items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Occasionally, there may certain items displayed on the Website which shall be non returnable and in such cases the same shall be made clear on Website.
- Returns and refunds outside of the time frames described above may be accepted at the sole discretion of LabelCentric and may only be refunded as a store credit.
- In case of any return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- For payments done through Credit card/Debit Card/Net Banking the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business, from the date that the item was delivered back to us at LabelCentric.
- Cash on delivery transactions are refunded through cheque or bank transfer within 7 business days, from the date that the item was delivered back to us at LabelCentric.

As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods, we sell as is, and do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand.
