We offer free domestic shipping, with Cash On Delivery (COD) facility across India. Typically your item will be delivered within 10 business days from the day you place your order (We do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays).

Returns and Refunds

• For products sold as part of the celebrity closet sale, no return or refund of any goods apart from footwear shall be entertained, save and except in the event of any genuine claims in respect of the authenticity of the Goods.
• Full refund is offered only in the case of footwear, provided the request for refund and return of the item/s is made via email at returns@labelcentric.com, within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the items/s and the item/s are delivered to LabelCentric at our office in Mumbai within a maximum period of 5 days.
• If no request for refund and return is received within the aforesaid period of 24 hours or the item/s are not delivered to our office within the aforesaid period of 5 days, then in that event LabelCentric shall neither be liable to accept the item/s nor refund any amount to you whatsoever, irrespective of the reason for return including any claims against the authenticity of the item/s.
• The footwear must be in the same condition as received, including all the original packaging and enclosed materials including the invoice, authenticity card and dust bag.
• Please take care of packing/protecting the items you are returning. We accept no responsibility for items which are lost, delayed or damaged in transit, so we therefore recommend that you package the items carefully and take adequate transit insurance cover for the same.
• Items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
• In case of any return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• All eligible returns on footwear will be refunded to the buyer only through the original mode of payment. However, Cash on delivery orders are refunded through cheque or bank transfer.
• We will process refunds within 7 business days, from the date that the item was delivered back to us at LabelCentric.
